cnc fiber laser systems reimagined

Pulsed Power
Perfection
FabLight systems are engineered for efficiency, that's why we use IPG pulse energy fiber laser sources. Our systems come in three configurations - 1500W, 3000W, 4500W. Each level provides you with right power to get your project done. It's accurate too - up to ±0.002" per foot (0.15mm/m) with a 0.005" kerf (0.127mm)

tube cutting?
absolutely
Traditionally laser tube cutting systems have cost just as much as their sheet cutting counterparts. You also had to have space for both systems. Not anymore. Cut up to 3"Ø (2"Ø square/rectangular) tubes until the cows come home - or the end of the work day

Big Parts
Small Footprint
Fit up to a 25" x 50" sheet (a convenient quarter of a standard sheet) or 55" round, square, and rectangle tubes in less than 21 square feet. Our easy-load integrated sheet metal drawer makes loading material a breeze

Affordable
where it counts
With systems starting at $65,000, it's the most affordable machine on the market - without compromising on quality. The pulsed power laser source also keeps operating costs under $1 per hour for electricity and air
Work With
Peace of Mind
FabLights are enclosed in a Class 1 enclosure with an integrated laser safety window. Laser cutting is also quiet compared to other solutions. No special safety glasses. No ear plugs. No special procedures. You can walk around freely - no extra protection required
Set it &
forget it
FabLights are shipped in a crate with a built-in ramp. All you need to do is open it and roll it out to it's new home. No foundation adjustments. No rigging. No cranes. No special tools. No installation teams. No on-site calibration. Want a new layout on your floor? Move it. Need to change your production line? Done
clean Machine
Unlike waterjet cutting, there are no abrasives to dispose of. Easy-access panels make preventative maintenance, calibration, and service easy. No external venting required, just connect your dust collector to the exhaust and go.
